Platform
The Platform team builds the foundation that powers everything at Jest.
- Owns and builds Jest's core technology - including the jest.com frontend, backend infrastructure, messaging systems, analytics, SDK, and developer console.
- Our tech stack is primarily Node.js and TypeScript on the backend, and React on the frontend.
- Composed of full-stack software engineers and product designers.
Publishing
The Publishing team empowers game studios to succeed on Jest.
- Owns partner sourcing, studio relationships, and partner success - helping studios launch, grow, and thrive on Jest.
- Administers the Jest Games Fund to support and invest in promising studio partners.
- Composed of partner managers and support engineers.
Growth
The Growth team helps connect players with the best experiences that Jest has to offer.
- Owns the growth of Jest.com's user base.
- Markets flagship titles from partner studios and drives player engagement.
- Composed of user acquisition managers, growth engineers, and growth designers.
Admin
The Admin team supports the people and operations that keep Jest running smoothly.
- Owns finance, legal, people operations, and company logistics - including policies, documentation, and shared resources.
- Ensures every team has what they need to focus, grow, and do their best work.
- Composed of operations, HR, finance, and admin contributors.
