How We Recruit
We only hire by working together. Instead of traditional
interviews, we collaborate with candidates on a real project - something that
genuinely matters to the company. This isn't a made-up take-home assignment
or a simulation. It's real work, with real context, that moves the company
forward. We do this because we believe it's the best way to assess mutual
fit - between the person, the role, and the way we operate. You can read more

approach. Projects are always paid. The duration depends on scope - typically
anywhere from a few weeks to a few months. We do our best to accommodate all
fair market rates. This approach is uniquely enabled by our culture: we're
a distributed, documentation-driven company with a single source of truth.

with full context from day one.
